Notes
VCC directors, secretary and the position holders of VCC Manager and Auditor may have free access to all their own registers, which would otherwise incur a fee for the purchase of these documents from VCC iShop. To be eligible for the fee waiver, you must login to VCC Register Website using CorpPass / SingPass and access them via entity dashboard.
Register of Directors (ROD)

This electronic report displays the directors linked to a variable capital company. Details such as director name, date of appointment, date of cessation are included.
Register of Secretaries (ROS)

This electronic report displays the secretaries linked to a variable capital company. Details such as secretary name, date of appointment, date of cessation, etc are included.
Register of Managers (ROMgr)

This electronic report displays the managers linked to a variable capital company. Details such as manager name, date of appointment, date of cessation, etc are included.
Register of Auditors (ROA)

This electronic report displays the auditors linked to a variable capital company. Details such as auditor name, date of appointment and date of cessation are included.
Upon successful payment, an email with a URL for report download will be sent to customer within 15 minutes.
Download links for purchased electronic reports will expire in 7 days after delivery, no further extension can be made.
