Extracts are copies of forms and attachments filed by entities.
Note that only relevant extracts of the VCC will be available in accordance with the VCC Act.
i.e. Annual Return and Constitution documents will not be make available for sale.
Cost
$11.00 – Form without attachment
$26.00 – Form with attachment
Additional $1.00 per page for electronic certification

When required to retrieve documents filed during a lodgement.

When required to check copies of forms and attachments filed by a business entity.

When required to trace historical records of a company.

When required to produce certified copies of documents for evidential purposes.
Upon successful payment, an email with a URL for report download will be sent to customer within 15 minutes.
Download links for purchased electronic reports will expire in 7 days after delivery, no further extension can be made.
